As a pastor, havLiquid Metale you ever been discouraged or exhausted? Have you felt the heat of church conflict, or had a spiritual direction meltdown? If you’ve never experienced such furnace conditions, you’re probably new to ministry! Take a break with other Appomattox pastors for some friendship and encouragement in Christ. We’ll find that God is at work for our good—especially in the furnace. Crossroads Conference Center is situated in a secluded and beautiful mountain setting. We’ll be staying in hotel-quality private rooms in its Ukrops center. Our program begins Monday at 10am, and will include messages, discussion, outdoor group activities, and plenty of individual free-time. If you plan to walk the trails, bring comfortable hiking shoes. While our group retreat ends after Tuesday’s breakfast, you are free to stay for more personal time.
The cost is $50 for your one-night private room, lunch and dinner on Monday, and breakfast on Tuesday. Please make checks payable to “Appomattox Baptist Association.”
